1. Data controller

The data controller for personal data collected through mzsoft.pl is Marcin Zajonc, sole proprietor trading as MZSoft, Polish Tax ID (NIP) 6452578025. Contact: kontakt@mzsoft.pl, phone +48 510 950 128.

2. Scope of data processed

We process data you voluntarily provide in the contact form (name, email address, message content) and technical data collected automatically by Google Analytics 4 — only after you accept cookies in the banner.

3. Purposes and legal bases

  • Replying to inquiries sent through the contact form — basis: Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR (legitimate interest in corresponding with people interested in our services).
  • Site analytics via Google Analytics 4 — basis: Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR (your consent).
  • Correspondence archiving for evidentiary purposes — basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.

4. Recipients of data

Contact-form messages are delivered to kontakt@mzsoft.pl through Resend (email infrastructure provider). Analytics data — only after consent — is transferred to Google Ireland Limited (Google Analytics 4). Site hosting is provided by our VPS operator (Hostinger).

5. Retention

We retain correspondence for as long as needed to handle the matter and to meet legal obligations. Google Analytics data is retained per the default 14-month policy.

6. Your rights

Under GDPR you have the right to:

  • access your data and obtain a copy,
  • rectify (correct) your data,
  • erase your data,
  • restrict processing,
  • data portability,
  • object to processing,
  • withdraw consent at any time (without affecting prior lawful processing),
  • lodge a complaint with the Polish Personal Data Protection Office (UODO).

7. Cookies and analytics

The site uses cookies for technical purposes (storing your preferences, such as analytics consent). The Google Analytics 4 script is only loaded after you accept cookies in the banner. You can withdraw consent at any time by clearing site data in your browser.

8. Transfers outside the EEA

Google Analytics 4 may transfer data to the United States under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. Resend processes data on EU and US infrastructure — see Resend's privacy policy.
